Tommy's been sobbing uncontrollably for the better part of the an hour throwing the longest and most terrific tantrum I've ever seen.
I blame the lack of nursery today. He misses the nicest adults in his life.

I love Sundays like this. A relatively quiet, calm, cool day filled with just my little family. We even had time to walk to church, cook our own dinner, and play games together. I wish every day was this good.
Why doesn't Costco sell their sheet cakes in sizes smaller than sheet cake? Not that I wouldn't like to eat an entire sheet cake right now - but I think I'd be happier with just a piece....just one little piece.

Tommy woke up at 5-something this morning so far we've watched Curious George (twice) Signing Time, Blue, and Nemo. Now Tommy is rolling around on the living room floor like he has lost his mind....

Remember when everyone started getting obsessed with owls and I thought it was kinda weird...but whatever they're cute? Now it seems that everyone is obsessed with mustaches and I'm having a harder time getting on board with it.....
I was gonna update my status yesterday with
"Dear Ward, no we did not have the baby today, we were at a missionary welcome home."
But instead I'm gonna update it this morning with
"Dear Everybody, Little John is here!" He was born at 9:16 this morning, 7lb 10ounces, 20 inches long and is perfect in every possible way. He's beautiful.
