Static

Static has taken over my home.

My love sac, my couch, my blankets, my chairs, my hair, my shoes, my husband, my pajama pants (maybe I'll be getting dressed today after all).

I hate that.

I've given up on doing my hair because within an hour it's standing straight up anyway...and what's the point in that?

Dryer sheets can fix the things that fit in the dryer....but what about the furniture? How am I supposed to deal with staticy furniture?

Nephi thought he had it hard....

  1. Rub your dryer sheets on the furniture! And if you don't have spray static remover, rub dryer sheets on your clothes. Yay for dryer sheets!!

  2. My humidifier runs all day in my home. Well, actually, I have it set to 40% humidity and so it turns itself off when it reaches the level, etc. I love being home these days.

  3. Have you tried static guard? It's the only thing that works here in Wyoming. It stinks, but it works. It's a spray you can get at Wal-Mart.

  4. I have the same problem. Corey is always ridiculously static-y. I can't even kiss him without getting shocked. He's also managed to ruin some headphones by shocking them, and he resets the thermostat every time he touches it. I totally feel your pain!

  6. I've been static prone lately too. Maybe there is some extra energy in the air here in Utah. Gotta laugh!
