Under Contract
It's official. We are under contract on the dream house in North Salt Lake. We accepted their counter offer and are scheduled to close on January 7th. Wow. Big deal eh? So, now we move forward with inspections, financing, appraisals, and the rest of the deal. It's kinda freaking us out, but we're feeling pretty good about it. So, wish us luck in the next part!
