So about 2 months ago I started running regularly. At first I went 4-5 times a week, and now I'm only going 3 times a week, but I've been doing at least 3 miles every time I go, which I have to say feels pretty good.
It's stupid, but I'm really proud of that. I still don't like running, but I'm surprised at how much I don't hate it. So, that's a big step for me. Maybe someday I'll like it, and maybe someday I'll start running a distance that is impressive to someone other than myself. :) In the meantime, I'm going to keep doing my 5K a day, and hopefully keep the Dr. away.
holy crap chica!! i dont think i could even think of doing 3 miles in a week combined!! seriously i hate running, walking ehhhh but seriously.. way to go! that is AWESOME.
